We are available by appointment 

We offer a wide range of services, including in home pet sitting, dog walking, drop-in services, and add-on bathing and nail trimming. We also provide specialized care plans for pets who require extra attention and care.

Yes, we require all pets to be up to date on their vaccinations for their safety and the safety of our Zoomies team. 

We have offered overnights outside of London, however at this time we are not able to provide drop-ins & walks outside this radius. Please speak with our team to see if Zoomies is a good fit for your pet care needs. 

As pet-owners ourselves we do not offer boarding at this time. 

Definitely not! We bring our own food, we do ask that our team member can use your stove, microwave, oven, and space in your fridge. If you have concerns about this please tell us before or at your meet and greet. 

Two Zoomies team members will come to your home and have a brief meeting. This gives everyone a change to meet, including your pets, and we go over any questions or concerns. We also will ask questions such as where is the pet food, water bowls, where is their leash and/or harness, are they on medication, where is the litterbox, do they have preferred toys, or treats, where do they sleep, does your pet have a bite history, etc. There we will also discuss our insurance coverage. Keys can be exchanged at this time to avoid the key charge.
