How we started
Zoomies Animal Services began with Reid and Dilyn offering dog walking and drop-in pet care through a pet care app for families in London, Ontario. Their dedication to compassionate, professional pet care quickly built a loyal client base, showing the growing need for high-quality, reliable pet services in South London. With Reids established Degree in Business Management, Zoomies was created.
In early 2023, Zoomies Animal Services officially launched, expanding to include in-home overnight pet sitting, dog walking, and drop-in visits. Fully insured, bonded, and background-checked, Zoomies provides pet owners with peace of mind and trustworthy care. With over 65 repeat clients and more than 150 pets cared for, our team has become a trusted name for South London, Old South, and White Oaks pet owners.
At home, Reid and Dilyn share their love with three cats and two bunnies, bringing firsthand understanding of multi-pet household needs. Based in South London, Zoomies also serves downtown and west London, with occasional overnight availability in east and north London — contact us for details.

Currently in her third year of the Veterinary Technician program at Ridgetown College, she brings hands-on knowledge in medication administration, pet CPR, and first aid. With previous experience volunteering at the Humane Society, fostering kittens, and caring for animals in multiple settings, Reid combines professional training with genuine compassion to provide exceptional, individualized care for pets of all sizes and temperaments. Her attention to detail ensures each pet’s needs are met during walks, overnight stays, and daily visits.

Dilyn’s lifelong love of animals drives every aspect of Zoomies Animal Services. With 15 years of customer service experience and 8 years in management, they excel at building lasting relationships with both clients and pets. As the creative force behind Zoomies’ social media, Dilyn captures memorable, professional pet photography that highlights each furry friend’s personality. They are meticulous about every detail, ensuring that all pets receive compassionate, high-quality care during walks, drop-ins, and overnight visits.
