The Making of Zoomies
How we started
Reid and Dill began their pet care journey on the Rover app, offering dog walking and drop-in services to pet parents in London, Ontario. Their commitment to exceptional care quickly earned them a loyal client base, highlighting the growing demand for high-quality pet services in the area. In early 2023, Zoomies Animal Services was born!
Since then, the business has expanded to include in-home overnight pet sitting, dog walking, and drop-in visits. Zoomies is fully insured, bonded, and backed by clean background checks, providing peace of mind for every client. With over 65 recurring clients and having cared for more than 115 pets, Zoomies has become a trusted name in pet care.
Based in South London, Zoomies also serves downtown and west London, with occasional availability for overnights in east and north London. Some exceptions may apply—contact us for details!

Reid has always been an animal enthusiast, driven by a passion for giving every creature the love and care they deserve. Currently in her second year of the Veterinary Technician program at Ridgetown College, Reid is trained in administering medication, pet CPR, and first aid. Her professional knowledge and hands-on experience bring a high level of care to Zoomies. With previous experience volunteering at the humane society and caring for animals in various settings, her dedication has only grown. Reid provides compassionate, skilled attention to every animal she meets. At home, she shares a lively household of four cats and two bunnies with her partner, Dilyn.

Dilyn’s love for animals runs deep, nurtured by a lifelong connection to pets of all kinds. With 15 years of customer service experience and 8 years in management, they excel at creating positive, lasting relationships with clients. As the creative force behind Zoomies’ Instagram page, Dilyn captures beautiful moments of furry friends through their pet photography. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality service, Dilyn ensures that every pet is treated with the utmost care. At home, they share four cats and two bunnies with their partner, Reid.

At Zoomies, we’re proud to have a dedicated team of four contractors who share our passion for animals and provide the same compassionate, professional care that our clients expect. Each contractor is reliable, attentive to detail, and has proven excellent communication skills with clients. Our team is trained to use kind and compassionate methods for managing any behavior, including redirecting or distracting pets using client-approved treats, ensuring a positive experience for both the animals and their owners. Zoomies is known for its outstanding contractor reviews on Google, reflecting our commitment to quality service. Contractors are always available for meet-and-greet sessions upon request to ensure a perfect fit for your pet's care needs.
