Free Meet & Greet
Every new Zoomies booking starts with a free 20–30 minute Meet & Greet at your home. This visit helps us learn your pet’s routine, where important items are kept (like leashes, litter boxes, food, or cleaning supplies), and go over anything we should know in case of minor messes. It’s also our chance to make sure we’re a great fit for each other—you, your pets, and Zoomies. We take notes during this visit to help customize your pet’s care plan to suit your household perfectly.
Your Zoomies Client Portal
All active Zoomies clients get access to our secure online booking platform. From there, you can request services, create detailed pet profiles (including emergency contacts, vet info, and special notes), and set up autopay. You’ll also receive invoices, see your booking totals, and view report cards after each visit. Our booking system includes GPS tracking for dog walks, potty break updates, and notes on food, water, and treats. The portal also includes a built-in messenger for easy communication—keeping everything organized, simple, and in one place.
